Strong Staff is experiential mind education for upgrading participant's mental resilience, wellbeing and performance with guaranteed long-term impact.
It is based on a new and more effective approach to psychology which is still only in the early stages of its discovery by the mainstream. (Like most major historical paradigm shifts this process takes time.)

Why is it so effective? One reason is that this is an insight-based approach. There are no techniques to practice, things to do, or extra willpower needed. We've all been to trainings where we are supposed to apply all these techniques afterwards. It lasts a week if we're lucky. This is different.
How does it work?
The core of this approach is about participants having personal insights into how their own mind works to create their experience of life and everything. A mind stretched by seeing something this fundamental, in a wholly new way, never goes back to the shape it was before. It is Mark Twain who is believed to have said:

There are two big things in life "that just ain't so"... two fundamental illusions that almost everyone is trapped in. We call them the "outside-in illusion" and the "identity illusion." These two illusions are very costly, to both individuals and organisations. The key to upgrading wellbeing and performance is to see these illusions for what they are. The new insights that result create a flow-on effect... new thoughts -> feelings -> actions... improved results!

How is it delivered?
The full Strong Staff program is a 2 day (or 12 hour) program that offers organisations great value for a modest investment. It consists of live workshops reinforced with an Online Program. A condensed version of two 3-hour workshops is also available as well as a 2-hour introductory workshop. Online resources include videos, audios, as well as recommended podcasts, readings & books. Specially customised versions of Strong Staff are available for leaders, HR staff, students, and other groups. See "Other Services" for details.
Note: While there are a lot of training programs out there offered via online delivery alone, it is worth noting that a 2009 meta analysis of over 1000 studies of online learning by the US Dept of Education found that blended education (face-to-face plus online) gets the best results. (Source: p.7 New Scientist 8 September 2012.) This is not surprising as nothing beats the impact of interacting with a human being in the same room while online resources provide further depth and scope for self-paced learning.
Face-to-face presentations also give us the opportunity to contextualise everything we say to your staff and their specific needs. Topics and focus of the program can be customised to meet the unique needs of your organisation.
